Dr. Kathleen M. Favaloro is a Chiropractor, Physical Therapist,
grandmother, and a 4th Degree Black belt Master in Taekwondo.
She has over 40 years in the healing field and over 20 years in the martial
arts. She has a passion for helping people to achieve their potential and
enjoys teaching Taekwondo as much as she enjoys working with
patients.
Dr. Favaloro, an enthusiastic physician and avid writer, remains committed to finishing her three-volume book series “Preventing Spinal Sabotage: Mayhem, Myths, and Management.” It is a somewhat whimsical and educational guide
to taking care of your spine. “Solutions for Better Sleep: Positions to Relieve Pain and Stiffness,” is the first book in her series.
