Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
This is my first book. It took 25 years to write because I had to live it out to be able to write it. It was a work of love, pain, submission and emptying my soul.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Tomorrow Is Not Promised: A Personal Journey of Total Submission to Holy Spirit. God told me I would write this book on October 12, 1990 while at work one day at my desk. I heard the voice of God so loud and so clear to write this book by title and it has never left me for one day. I didn’t realize to write it I had to live it out in my troubled marriage of 22 years. I finally was able to write it and release myself from so much hurt and pain in order to help other women in the same situation. It is a story that God wants told to help people draw closer to Him in the midst or trials.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I have to write in silence. I see the story like a video playing and the words. I also like to write on yellow legal pads and then speak the chapters into google.docs
