Louise Jeffrey is an Author, Speaker, Teacher and Coach and a trained and board certified Acupuncturist. After spending ten years in the corporate world, Louise received her Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Acupuncture from the University of Portsmouth, UK in 2009 and her diploma in Strategic Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnotherapy in Australia in 2014. She is also a certified Eating Psychology Coach.
Louise has her own coaching and acupuncture practice in Sydney, Australia, and continues to work part-time in various clinical settings. She has run many workshops and women’s group programs over the years, and has spoken regularly on community radio about the power of the mind-body connection.
Louise has a passion for helping people to reach their full potential, and believes everyone should have access to practical tools and strategies to improve and enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.
Originally from South Africa, Louise lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband, three teenage boys and two cocker spaniels. She loves reading, walking in nature, meditation and all things self-help.
