Dr. Lester Bouchard attained a Doctorate of Philosophy in Health and Human Performance and a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. Dr. Bouchard was also awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Education from Florida State University. Dr. Bouchard is an award-winning Instructor who has coached hundreds of professional, collegiate, Olympic, and aspiring athletes, and individuals. For the better part of the last three decades, Dr. Bouchard has researched, studied, and taught how to improve health and human performance through a variety of scientifically based physical, mental, and emotional strategies.
