Eetu Niemi works as an IT consultant at CGI in Helsinki, Finland. Before, he has worked almost ten years at Coala, a boutique enterprise architecture consultancy, five years at Accenture, and two years in an industry-collaboration research project at the university, which later led to his PhD. With over 14 years of consulting experience and over 16 000 billable hours, he has helped his clients reach better informed decisions and make realistic development plans—without resorting to over-optimism and guesswork.
