When her first grandchild, Kena, was born with a hearing loss, Becky's interest grew in sign language. Book includes ASL alphabet! She created an enduring bond with Kena by communicating through sign language. Thanks to Kena, Becky has learned a unique new language and become a first-time author. Becky and her husband Dan farm small grains and sugar beets in Northern MN.
