I am a 23-year-old who has personally dealt with ADHD and tried various tricks to overcome what I thought was just a problem with my will power. It took me a while to figure things out with ADHD. I’ve always loved to write ever since I was a kid. And I thought this would be a great opportunity to do what I love and also share takeaways from my experience with ADHD and how it can be used as an advantage. The main intention of this book is to help people with ADHD to learn how to work with their brain and not against it.
