About The Beautiful Pilgrim
This is a retelling of the legend around the 14th century occult figure, Aradia di Toscano. Aradia, daughter of the Moon Goddess, Diana, finds herself in the 21st century where she sets her heart on a young English tourist, Michael. This irresistible young woman seduces Michael who falls instantly in love with her, but is it her stunning beauty that captivates him or is some magic at play?
Switching to medieval times we witness Aradia’s pagan sisters being burned as witches by her adversary, Medici who at first believes she was amongst them. We also witness the loss of her true love, Gualente. Can Aradia set things right in the twenty first century or will she this time lose Michael as he gets drawn ever deeper into her quest for vengeance and her bitter feud with figures from her past.
In the midst of this the past bursts into the present in the form of Medici who appears in the twenty first century still seeking her demise. Is this the end or will she use her powers to survive and find an enduring love?
