Dawn knows from experience how hard it can be to eat healthily when your body is telling you that the cookies or chips are more appealing! But it doesn’t have to be that way. She helps clients bring their bodies into balance, to reduce or eliminate cravings and the desire to overeat – so they no longer need enormous reserves of willpower to eat healthily.
Prior to retraining as a Nutritional Therapist, Dawn worked internationally, consulting for clients in Europe and Asia as well as in the UK. She retrained, gaining a degree in Nutritional Therapy and graduated with distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
Dawn lives in Frome, England with her partner and children. She enjoys walking in the countryside, trying out new recipes and crocheting with colourful yarns.
