I am a health and fitness advocate and self-publisher whose mission is to get people to embrace sustainable living through treating the body correctly. healthy living is a lifestyle choice that leaves you with wildly improved mental health through exercising, eating, and drinking correctly, and rest. I work full time and do not spend all day every day in the gym; the lessons I am teaching will work for absolutely anyone.
After being someone who did not respect their body and has experienced many dark days, I can tell you first hand there is nothing I would trade for feeling this good and with improving mental health being a passion of mine whether that is just improving confidence or tackling depression and anxiety I want everyone to benefit from the lessons I have learned.
