About The Deadly Denial by Christopher Bolsover
Liberty Bell, a young, dynamic and aggressive investigative reporter from New York, is working in the UK for a tabloid paper. She is tasked to track down Logan McAllistar, an ex-Army hero with deadly secrets to the major drug Baron’s empire. He has been released early from prison and is set on revenge for being framed.
Liberty teams up with DI John Eager, forming an unusual relationship. Eager’s career is on the decline, and he desperately wants to dismantle the drug lord’s empire to revive it. Liberty aims to turn her big story into a pathway toward becoming a major award-winning journalist, but at what cost? Together, they set off to find Logan and discover what he knows.
They are not the only ones who are looking for him. Logan has taken evidence of high society members of the Hellfire Club, a wealthy secret society, set up by powerful forces that lead London’s nightlife, and they soon find out that the only thing deadlier than the truth is the people who would do anything to keep it secret.
Only one thing is certain: Exposing what Logan has will come with deadly consequences.
