Andrea Bogoni is an alumnus of Business and Economics at the University of Bergamo, specializing in finance and international markets. He has won the 2021 Blue Europe “Konrad Adenauer & Alcide de Gasperi” contest, with an article about the tensions in Ukraine. He has cooperated with the think tank ever since, contributing with publications and reviews. His passion for international relations and political science have led him to deepen his knowledge of the matter, cooperating with various Italian-based study centres and think tanks too. Andrea is an all round skilled analyst, with qualified competence of statistics and data analysis.
Brian F. G. Fabrègue is currently working as Chief Legal Officer for a Swiss fintech company. His main areas of legal expertise are International Taxation, Financial Regulation and Corporate Law. He also holds an MBA, through which he specialized in Statistics and Econometrics. His research focuses mostly on smart development and has led him to analyze the entanglement between technology and law, particularly from a data privacy perspective, understanding legal frameworks and policies that govern the use of technology in urban planning. He is currently serving as Blue Europe think tank President, where he authored numerous articles in the fields of energy studies, economics, international relations, public policy and environmental issues.
