Hailing from Texas, I am a writer and author of The Kid’s Guide to Self-Confidence. This is a journal filled with positive affirmations and activities to help children develop a healthy sense of self-worth. As a mother of three boys, I understand the importance of building confidence and self-esteem in young people. I’m passionate about helping others, and my writing focuses on self-help for everyone, with a specific emphasis on incorporating positive affirmations daily.
My background in psychology has given me a unique perspective on how to overcome struggles and live our best lives. My upcoming book, Positive Affirmations for Black Teen Boys, will empower young men to overcome their struggles and live their best lives. When I’m not writing, I love spending time with my family, exploring the beautiful outdoors, and reading mystery novels.
