Review
“Rick McCormick demonstrates yet again a keen eye for detail. His descriptions of characters and settings are worth reading all for their own sake. More than that, they palpably, perpetually advance the narrative, and the reader’s appreciation of the characters. Sometimes disruptive, occasionally mournful, and from time to time also funny, The Last Sand Granules is always human.” —Richard Walter, former professor and head of the screenwriting program at the UCLA film school
From the Author
The Last Sand Granules is a religious drama with some violence. It’s the story of Brian McClean who loses his father at a young age, his mother comes down with cancer, and who becomes corrupted by other kids. His life spirals out of control and he develops anger towards God. It is our hope to bring former churchgoers back to church with the realization that it is never too late to change. Much like his #1 bestselling novel The Fifth Plane, The Last Sand Granules is a fast read which is light on fluff. This is meant to swiftly and succinctly describe the story and characters which allows for better retention and comprehension of the material. It is also meant to free up more time for the readers to enjoy more journeys through other novels.
