Author Bio:
I’m Haala Humayun — a lawyer by profession and a storyteller by soul. I’m the author of The Legend of Tilsim Hoshruba, a fantasy series inspired by the ancient Persian-Urdu folklore that once captivated generations. My writing is my way of reimagining those timeless tales with clarity, logic, and emotion — blending science, religion, and fantasy into one seamless universe.
I’ve always believed that these three realms don’t contradict each other — they complete each other. The laws of nature reflect the logic of creation; faith gives that logic a soul; and fantasy gives it form. My stories explore that very connection — where reason meets wonder, and destiny breathes through imagination.
Though I trained in law, writing has always been my truest calling. When I’m not working on legal arguments, I find myself drawn to ancient myths, spiritual philosophy, and the subtle science hidden in nature’s design. For me, writing isn’t just storytelling — it’s an act of remembrance, of finding the divine harmony between thought and feeling.
