About The Life of Christ: The Four Gospels Woven into One Highly Readable Account by Gerald Snow
This book is a carefully interwoven account of the life of Jesus Christ as portrayed in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Without having to refer back and forth among the Gospels to get the full story, here the reader can get the entire New Testament history of Christ in one flowing chronological narrative, without chapters and verses and without distracting footnotes. The attempt is not to create a textbook or a traditional side-by-side harmony but a scripture that is accessible to any reader and that will promote a greater understanding of and belief in the remarkable true story of Jesus of Nazareth.
The beautiful language of the King James Version of the Holy Bible has been preserved, but certain minor corrections have been made with respect to punctuation and syntax and the use of words not generally understood in today’s English, which increases readability without compromising meaning. Many scholarly sources have been consulted, as more fully explained in the Preface, including other translations of the Gospels and the Joseph Smith Translation of the New Testament. The result is a very approachable account of the life, ministry and teachings of Jesus Christ, which is intended to be a valuable companion to anyone’s study of the four Gospels.

Author Bio:
Born in MIssouri, raised in New Jersey. My parents are native Utahns, but I got the East in my blood early on, although I live now in Salt Lake City, Utah. My first loves in life were astronomy and mathematics and science fiction books. In college at Stanford University I first majored in physics, then finished in English, and went on to get a law degree at Harvard Law School and a masters degree in law at New York University. i had a very satisfying career at the law firm of Ray Quinney & Nebeker in Salt Lake City. Towards the end of that career I carried out one of my life-wishes to return to college by getting a B.A. in linguistics at the University of Utah and a masters degree in linguistics at Brigham Young University. I have long had a love for languages and was able to learn German and Italian during my LDS mission in Germany in my youth, which was a pivotal experience for me, and French when back home. Now that I am retired I am embarking on a literary career, my first book being The Life of Christ, a blended gospel of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. I intend to write short stories and novels in the genre of science fiction and historical fiction, drawing on my legal, scientific and linguistic background. I would look forward to engaging with anyone who would like to contact me.
