Nayana Williams is an award-winning CEO, philanthropist, and passionate leader. In 2005, she co-founded Lifespan Company Limited, one of Jamaica’s leading bottled water manufacturing companies. The celebrated story and success of today was not without challenges and lessons, along the way. Nayana built Lifespan from the ground up, catapulting it into becoming a market leader in a male dominated industry. Lifespan has gone on to become an iconic brand, the recipient of multiple international awards and several local awards and nominations.
Nayana lives with her husband, two children and five dogs. Her many roles include being a wife, mother, daughter, sister and mentor to emerging entrepreneurs. She holds multiple degrees in business and a law degree. Nayana enjoys reading, writing, swimming and cooking among other pastimes when she is not busy building business and giving back to the community. An avid adventurer, an amateur artist, and an analyst, she considers each day as an opportunity to be a ceaseless student of philosophy, a lover of life, and a source of hope and kindness.
