About The Lonely Life of a Pornographer’s Wife
Those who enjoyed The Godfather and Fifty Shades of Gray will love this story about Carla, who had no idea that her new career would involve pornography, murder, and the mafia.
In 1973 interior decorator, Carla, found work with Roy, a wealthy movie theater owner. During her employment, they fell in love and got married. Her work was admired by the boss of a major porno mafia, and then his wife hired Carla to refurbish their Hollywood mansion. There, she befriended other lonely wives with husbands in that mafia.
When Roy joined them, he got caught up in murder, pornography, and then parental child abuse. He took Carla into that underworld with himself. However, while trying to escape Roy’s deception, Carla found love with another man… a cop who set his sights on her husband.
She later had a nervous breakdown and had to struggle for her sanity when Roy turned against her in another uproar. A secret admirer loved her from a distance, but his hands were tied. Could he stop Roy’s rampages? Perhaps a judge could stop the rampages.
Or did Roy just dig her grave?

Author Bio:
I love telling jokes and stories that make others laugh. Laughter is such a free commodity of which the world is lacking. And I’ve always loved to write since I was a kid. It doesn’t take too much for me to make something, like the words of a song, into a story. I feel that God has given me a prolific imagination to combine with my life’s experiences–of which there has been much–and my imagination to get the major part of a story going. From there, writing classes, trial and error, practice, and seeking advice helped hone my craft.
When I’m not writing, I love working with my hands to create things. I do dressmaking, tailoring, fur and leather work. I also make silk and dried floral arrangements. Once, I took classes to learn how to make all the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres for my daughter’s wedding. I enjoy taking things apart to fix them and then put them back together. I learned how to make clocks work, and then started making some, using my designs.
I’ve had lifetime bipolar disorder and manic depressive illness. After many years of experimenting with a combination of pills, the doctors finally (after nearly 20 years) found the right combination. Until then, I went into suicidal depressions and euphoric highs. Yeah, it was something with which my family couldn’t deal or understand. So, it was best just to lock myself inside my quiet house and not answer the door or phone until it was over. When it was, life resumed its normal self. All this gave me that much more to write about. I know there will be more of life to write about, but for now, I have more than enough to fall back on for many stories to come. And I thank my Higher Powers for having stayed by my side to offer a hand up when I needed one. God’s Holy word has always been something to lean on, especially 1st Corinthians 10:13.
