With a Business Economics degree and aspirations of shaping economic policy in D.C., she instead became captivated by the complexities of manufacturing operations during what was meant to be a temporary college job. That curiosity led her through roles in customer service, supply chain, finance, and logistics, where she managed the dispatch of 36,000 trucks monthly, before finding her home in marketing. Those early experiences shaped her pragmatic approach, blending operational efficiency with strategic marketing execution.
Today, Joselyne leads The Digg Agency, bringing a business-first, results-driven mindset to marketing operations. Her career spans from real estate startups to Fortune 1000 giants and the world’s largest manufacturers, where she’s built teams from scratch and streamlined processes to drive efficiency. An MBA graduate and certified Toastmaster, she’s just as passionate about mentoring talent as she is about optimizing marketing systems.
