I’ve spent the last 30+ years building sales teams, growing businesses, and learning a thing or two the hard way — across the UK, the North America, Australia, Europe and Asia, and more airport lounges than I care to remember.
What started as a job fixing typewriters turned into a global commercial career. I’ve held roles from field rep to Managing Director, covering industries as varied as electronic components, rail infrastructure, and ports. I’ve lived in four countries, built high-performing teams, and had a front-row seat to the kind of real-world sales and leadership experience they don’t teach in classrooms. I also enjoyed some superb mentorship, the highlights of which I gladly share..
