About The Second Coming by Paul Georgiou
When a mysterious woman on horseback arrives at the gates of Downing Street demanding an audience, Prime Minister James Cleveland is alarmed. Despite his orders for her arrest, she reaches him—and delivers an astonishing claim: she is the Second Coming of Jesus, and she has come to judge.
At first, few believe her. But when a series of impossible coincidences begin to unfold, scepticism starts to crack. As the scion of God, Jess wields a divine coercive power, eliminating corrupt politicians and forcing world leaders to act on global crises. Yet, just as she begins to reshape the world, her power vanishes—and with it, her protection.
Now arrested and detained by the security services, Jess faces a fate as grim as the first Messiah’s. But this time, will the Second Coming end differently?

Author Bio:
After five years studying English at New College, Oxford (M.A., M.Phil) I worked in industry for 15 years. In 1978, I set up my own company, Panarc International (www.panarc.com), to provide media consultancy services. The company pioneered media coverage analysis as a professional business service.
Throughout my time in education and business, I wrote in my spare time: poems, short stories and novels. It was what I really wanted to do (but evidently not enough to give up the day job).
As part of its consultancy work, Panarc was regularly involved in book production for clients. A few years ago, it seemed sensible to add a publishing operation to the company’s range of services. So Panarc developed a publishing house (www.panarcpublishing.com). Panarc has published a number of my works, including a long, illustrated retelling of one of Aesop’s fables in verse, The Tortoise and the Hare; a collection my poems, The Elements of Life; Adventures in Grammarland, a book co-authored with Chris Prendergast; Adventures in Numberland; and God for the Curious Unbeliever
In 2012 I published The Fourth Beginning, the fist book in the The Truth Quartet. The Devil’s Truth, the second book in The Truth Quartet, followed in 2015. The Praesidium and Out Of Nothing Something Comes will complete the Quartet in 2018. The Truth Quartet is a philosophical satirical fantasy, which traces the bizarre adventures of Adam and Eve Smith in their quest for understanding.
