The Seekers by Colin O’Neill
An unforgettable dark fantasy of magic, myth, and sisterhood.
Hunted by Anrud, an immortal witch, who feeds on the purity of a soul, two sisters must survive a world where every turn takes them further away from safety, freedom and home.
Róise and Caití face a myriad of fantastic creatures and beings as they must decide who is trying to help them and who is trying to help themselves. They discover that they are part of an ancient prophecy and the reluctant heroes learn that their only way of escape is to help a hidden tribe by finding and wielding the only weapon capable of defeating Anrud and ending the darkness.
Their struggles are not just the physical ordeal of recovering the Sword but the mental anguish of overcoming the darkness within themselves. As girls they learn that in order to gain power there must be personal sacrifice. As powerful young women they face challenge after challenge but none more so than the challenge of uniting as sisters.
Can Róise and Caití confront the darkness within before it consumes them and everything else?
A breathtaking dark fantasy inspired by myth and legend, The Seekers blends heart-pounding adventure with magical world building and mythical storytelling. It is perfect for fans of The Cruel Prince, The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea, and The Chronicles of Narnia.
