traumatic bond to get out of toxic relationships while learning to love and believe in
ourselves. All the benefits of the CBT-inspired Shadow Work prompts and step-by-
step explanations for exploring your memories and feelings to achieve the radical
self-acceptance of your real story. A case study showing the toxic
relationship between empaths and narcissists to learn how to recognize each red
flag. Finally, How to discover our attachment style, plus an action plan to go no
contact and establish healthy boundaries in every relationship.
As people, it is important to be honest with ourselves—once you take that step, the
road will become easier to travel. This journal will help us face the seemingly
enormous task ahead and implement positive thinking toward our shadow. Especially
since journaling is one of the vital steps in shadow work. Through the course of this
book, we will explore themes and delve into information that will benefit those with
whom we struggle.

Author Bio:
Victoria Stevens is a Professional and Author of several Self-Help books. Victoria’s interest in childhood trauma and development began very early in her life. Since childhood, she was verbally abused by her highly manipulative and authoritative parents, which brought her enormous suffering.
Victoria found herself approaching life disheartened because of her parents’ effect on her self-confidence and self-love and found herself living several stories and friendships, one more troubled than the other!
To the young Victoria the world felt like a very unpredictable and unsafe place, but not being the kind of woman who gives up easily, she decided to delve into the theories of developmental psychology and childhood trauma for herself and to alleviate the suffering she sees in so many people.
Victoria has already helped thousands of people regain a healthy and successful self-image, healing their inner child, integrating all their inner parts living in the shadow, and achieve a sense of wholeness and freedom. Her daily practice has been heavily influenced by the scholarship of Carl Jung and many other well-renewed psychologists, psychotherapists, and physicians.
The author’s mission is to share with as many people as possible her most effective methods for resolving inner issues through the famous method of “shadow work journaling workbook with prompts” and the “3 letters to Improve personal awareness and authenticity”. These concepts represent her greatest discoveries and her most successful tools in helping her readers.
Through these books, she hopes you can see her heart and vision beyond the ordinary and let it take you on a journey of growth and love. Fighting your insecurities along the way with her, and she knows you will get a life-changing experience from these journals workbooks.
