Author Bio:
Lloyd Turtinen graduated with a PhD in veterinary microbiology from the University of Kentucky-Lexington. He taught for many years at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, where he was Professor of Biology. He is author of numerous research publications including studies of several viruses and Lyme disease. Retired now, he lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and enjoys hobbies such as bird photography, skiing, and mountain biking. His first book was a memoir of his early years growing up on a dairy farm in Minnesota.
