Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
This is my very first book I’ve written and I’m so excited about publishing it! I have always wanted to share my story because I have had such amazing results with my weight loss journey and all of the very hard work and time it took me to get here. I very strongly believe that the “diet industry” wants us to fail. There’s a 97% failure rate in the industry but is the highest revenue making industry in the world! I’m here to break the mindset of having to go on “diets” that are completely unsustainable and killing yourself at the gym.
I have unlocked the key on how to incorporate your weight loss journey with mental AND physical changes. You cannot go on a weight loss journey having one without the other, it just won’t work. Truth be told, losing weight is the majority of a mental journey then a physical one in the aspect of our habits and how they need to be adjusted, added or eliminated in order to be success in losing weight.
And that’s what I’m hear to show you!
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
How To Finally Shed That F^*king Fat! I finally shed that f^*king fat with a sustainable, healthy and great way that can work for anyone!
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Nope, just a plain ole writer, sorry to disappoint.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
The “diet industry books” have made me want to prove what they are doing is so wrong!
What are you working on now?
I’m working on creating a book about how to unf^*k your brain. Writing How To Finally Shed That F^*king Fat really opened up my eyes that people need to understand how society has manipulated our minds on what’s right, what’s wrong, how we should do things and how we shouldn’t do things. This is so off beat from how we should be using our brains. We need to have a better hold on what our mind is trying to tell our body that’s incorrect and how to adjust that so we are freeing our mental state into a positive state of mind with healthy thoughts and habits.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I’m still working that since I’m new to all of this but right now I’m heavily into Clickfunnels in order to promote my book, my journey and coaching through my book.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Just write! When you think you can’t, just do. If you need to collaborate with someone who has done this before, than do that to. Use your resources!
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
You can plan and build all day, everyday but taking action is the key to success!
What are you reading now?
I am reading Russell Brunson books, who is the creator and founder of Clickfunnels. I typically read books that open my mind to how I can better build my brand and businesses. However, I have loved Marian Keye’s books, but with being a new mom and building my businesses, I have like time for pleasure books at the moment.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I’m not quite sure yet, but I’d say to see what I have in me to spill out onto paper and see where that takes me.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
The Bible, Sushi Is For Beginners by Marian Keyes and The One Thing by Gary Keller
