About Unmasking Me: The Mask of Independanec
What if the strength that got you through is now keeping you stuck? What if the mask you wear to hold it all together is the reason no one sees what you need? Unmasking Me is for the woman who’s always been “the strong one”—the one who carries too much, feels too much, and is tired of holding it all in. Part story, part poetry, and part journal, this book is a quiet space for reflection and release. Raw reflections on emotional survival and burnout. Honest poems about masking, independence, and invisible grief. Journal prompts to help you reconnect with your soft, unseen self. If you’ve ever felt invisible behind your strength, this book will meet you where you are. Free on Kindle July 9–13!

Author Bio:
write for the ones who carry too much and rarely feel seen. I’ve spent most of my life being “the strong one,” the reliable one, the one who doesn’t ask for help, even when I’m breaking. Unmasking Me came from the parts of me I used to hide: the softness, the sensitivity, the exhaustion. This book is for anyone who’s ever felt invisible behind their strength. I hope it gives you space to breathe, reflect, and remember you were never meant to do it all alone.
