Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I grew up in colonial India during the lean economic times of WWII. The eldest of seven siblings brought up with all the time-tested traditions of that era, I attended the only medical school in the state, became a doctor, served the Indian Army..and left it all behind in search of the American Dream. After struggling through the adjustments, prejudice encountered and succeeding in becoming a qualified specialist in Pediatrics, Allergy, and Asthma, I became the president of a reputable medical clinic and was invited and inducted as the Fellow of the prestigious Royal Society of Medicine, London. I have been involved and headed several professional and civic organizations.
