About Waiting on God for Marriage by Tamilene and Victor Black
The biblical principles in our book, “Waiting on God for Marriage” can help any couple through the steps in preparing for marriage, potential marriage issues and trusting God during their marriage. The overall theme of the book is to prepare couples who plan to marry and to enhance the marriages of those who are already married. Our book employs scripture and marriage examples described in the Bible to enlighten both men and women on what it truly means to wait on God’s will and direction to find the spouse God has just for them. Included are options for finding a companion using biblical wisdom, enhancing communication skills, how to manage family finances, understanding your companion’s romantic language, how to resolve conflicts and much more.
“We want the reader to walk away with the knowledge and wisdom of how to deal with issues God’s way while establishing a closer relationship with God and their spouse. “Our book is different because the world’s way has not been working so people need to get back to the basics of the word of God which is the foundation of the family. This book deals with issues that everyone can relate to.”
