Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a world traveller, photographer, and author, coming from a diverse background of experiences that have led me to write my debut book.
You can’t make this up: My house got hit by lightning in June of 2017. That day, I knew my life had changed and made the decision to retire from an aspiring career in Real Estate.
Always wanting to write about my traumatic childhood and be able to give back to the silent ones, I decided to write my debut novel as a memoir, a book about feelings. A fascinating, heartbreaking and harrowing look written in the first-person about the growing-up experiences of my childhood who suffered much neglect and abuse.
As I was writing my memoir the two homes that are in the book, burned to the ground erasing part of my physical past.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Kid With Broken Glasses.
I kept all my past grown-up feelings locked up inside of me, hoping for the day I could write about my experiences. My inspiration is to give-back to sociaty by giving away the proceeds of my book to children’s charities. To-date I have given over 2000$ and counting….
