Author Bio:
Tom Golke's book author mission is to solve readers' problems & bottlenecks. He wants to help his readers with their goals, so they can live healthier, happier, and more successful lives. That's the sentence I should write. And now I write what I want :P. He has been bugging me until I write a description of him. Tom is a guy for whom there is no description. He graduated from the German Abitur (=upper high school) with several awards as well as his Laws degree from the Humboldt University of Berlin with honors. There are still 5 exams open on his second degree, a bachelor's in psychology. Furthermore, he has permission to take university exams in human medicine and education. Besides, he has acquired numerous additional qualifications and does it until today, e.g. at Harvard, Tulane, or the Martin Luther University Halle (Saale). He is much prouder of his voluntary work for children since school. With friends from school, he founded a volunteering project to give more opportunities to children and youth in his hometown together with the mayor. The highlight was a place on the podium at the demography award by a prime minister.
He is a free spirit at the bottom of his heart. Sometimes he sings in an old bar in the USA, Italy or Portugal as a singer and piano player together with musicians he met shortly before at sports…Then he reads and learns an incredible amount again… Then he writes his next book to help the reader as much as possible… Then he goes to a Shaolin martial arts monastery for 3 months… Then he founds a new or supports an existing honorary office, which serves charity… He continually meets new, exciting people and builds a network worldwide… Then he spends 6 weeks with his grandparents and friends from school… Often, he does risky challenges like helping on the Ukrainian border a little… Sometimes he has worked as a tutor or travel guide. Then he builds a new business for coaching with friends… Then you find him taking additional skills courses or coaching with his mentors… You find him constantly learning new skills.
Sounds rebellious? Yes. Sounds crazy? Yes. Sounds jumpy? No… When he sets his mind to something, he does it head-on until the end. Tom can bring absolute focus to his annual goals, but also absolute ease in the sense of joie de vivre… And Go with the flow. He is very assertive, self-confident, provocative & funny. He talks too much. He is disorderly in his flats. He polarizes. That has always been the case… And sometimes I could throw a smartphone at his head for being an idiot 😛 But he is continuously evolving. He‘s good at finding the golden mix for his life and his aims. And that‘s what it‘s all about in life.
The health of people is especially close to his heart because Tom was very ill for some months when he was 19 years old. He acted against all medical advice and is now healthier and stronger than ever. And health became even more essential because his grandparents are very important to him. Even though I don’t want to admit it… But his books really bring absolute added value to help the reader with bottlenecks and goals. He is always open to good collaborations where strengths come together. And he is potentially open to new coaching clients who fit and who want to make a difference in their lives. Currently, he works on new books, and new online courses. He is very happy to have mentors & coaches in all areas of life. And he is very grateful for all the people he was allowed to meet and learn from.
