About WITHIN: A 21st Century Philosopher’s Stone
“Within” promises to provide its reader with a genuine 21st Century Philosopher’s Stone, no less!
Originally, a Philosopher’s Stone was the alchemical substance which could transmute a metal into pure gold.
“Within” Philosopher’s Stone’s main property is to transform a difficult existence into a blissful one!
In their inner laboratory, the contemporary alchemists have at their disposal everything that has ever been written on the human condition, as well as the most recent relativist and quantic cosmogonies.
They wear safety goggles, meant to show different hues and perspectives of reality. Their protective two-pocketed smocks have been woven in the biblical days, or perhaps earlier.
The lab supervisor is a curious Taoist Bird always wary of its freedom, but who happened to be a great specialist of a precious element, not figuring in the Mendeleev Table, “omnipresent and interacting weakly with the consciousness.”
The readers/neo-alchemists may have to turn “philosophers,” an apparent requirement to get a Philosopher’s Stone, while it is well understood that
It is extremely unfortunate that philosophy bears a specific name and that philosophers are members of a special circle, while philosophy is not something separated, and absolutely not a specialty.
Philosophy is the very path of the human mind, its very own way of behaving.
“Within” readers will soon be able to concoct their very own potions, relieving sadness, doubts, fears, etc.
In the end, will they acquire without ever losing it, a Philosopher’s Stone?
If they do, they may join the mythical circle of self-realized beings.
And if that ever happens, wouldn’t it mean that “Within,” a typical sack of words, has realized the impossible feat to transmit something that is by definition beyond words?

Author Bio:
Some very young children show incredible talents very early on.
Truth be told, Claude Coaster could not play any instruments, was not the swiftest in math, the clearest in communication, the most talented in arts. However, looking incredulously at adults and fellow kids, the future author of “Within” conceived that nagging thought: “That is really scary. Is there a meaning to all that?”
After quite a few decades of research (did we mention that Claude was not the fastest learner?) the answer to that metaphysical interrogation is a resounding, positive, glorious: “Yes!”
That meaning is exposed in “Within” and could spare decades of inconsistent wanderings to its readers.
