About Wolf’s Bane
Old sins cast long shadows.
Penny had plenty of excuses but not one good reason for ditching her beloved Grandma’s wake in Osyka, MS and hightailing it back to her life in Seattle after the funeral. Six months later, circumstances force her to return to Mississippi, back to Grandma’s house. Penny has three days to clear out decades’ worth of a life, three days to wander through a forest of mingled memories. As she ventures deeper into the past, nebulous feelings of guilt and shame rise up and grow stronger in the heat and humidity.
In this forest, a wolf lurks in the shadows, stalking her—something she’s forgotten. Something she doesn’t want to remember.
It’s one thing to survive the wolf. It’s a whole other ordeal to finally kill it.
