About You Are A Beautiful And Special Person No Matter What
Roberto Torres (M.S. Ed.), also known as Sabor Latino, is a Latino hip-hop artist, author, and a New York City public high school counselor. Roberto works with high school students daily, providing prevention services. In addition, Roberto has been writing music and poetry since he was eight years old. Roberto believes that positive words and a good foundation of support are what motivate individuals to be the best version of themselves. Roberto’s purpose in writing his fifth book is to continue encouraging and inspiring individuals to never give up on their dreams. Roberto also believes that the voice they have is special and vital in any given situation. Roberto truly believes that life will present you with so many obstacles and setbacks. However, it is essential to focus on your life’s calling and believe that every challenge you face has a solution. At times, you may feel alone and unmotivated; however, it is essential to continue exploring interventions that can help you overcome these challenges. Now is the time to reflect and look within. Ask yourself why I feel this way and what I can do to keep myself motivated to move forward. A viewpoint to consider is, what were some leisure activities, recreation, amusement, diversion, and entertainment you used to love doing as a child? Think about it and reflect. The question now would be: Are you still participating in these activities? If not, consider why not. If you continue to participate in your favorite activities, well, congratulations, and keep up the good work. The point is that it is essential to rediscover your identity. Finding your identity again will motivate you to begin the process of becoming focused, persistent, and efficient, which increases your likelihood of acting, overcoming obstacles, and achieving your goals. This is all part of your self-discovery and rediscovering your purpose. It is also essential to learn from your mistakes and bad decisions. Positively look at the world. How grateful are you for the small things in life? How often do you thank the higher power for all the blessings it has provided you? At times, we run around in life without being grateful for all our blessings. Be mindful that your time is now, and do not waste the moment that will never return. I hope my new book will give you a better perspective of how special and important you truly are. Lastly, create your lane and never give up on your dreams. You Are a Beautiful and Special Person, No Matter What!!
