Hello, I'm Ro Sirisena, an author committed to empowering and supporting neurodiverse individuals. I am a wife and mother of 3 and have been going on my own mental health and well-being journey. Outside of writing and taking my children everywhere for their activities, I am focused on my doctorate in psychology and working out. I have learned to love the Peloton since I had to stop running due to an ankle and knee injury. Working out is essential for my well-being and a habit I developed over many years.
I have many people in my life that I care about that deeply that are neurodiverse. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and understanding world for everyone.
